: Before the beginning of the study, ethical clearance was obtained from the Institutional Ethical Review Board at the University of Gondar. A permission letter was asked for and given from the Central Gondar Zone Health Department and the Gondar Zuria and East Dembia District Health Offices. Informed consent was obtained from each participant who was targeted after informing them of the purpose, benefits, risks, confidentiality of the information, and voluntary nature of the participants in the study. The respondents were notified that they had the right to refuse or stop at any point in the interview.
