: Ethical approval were obtained from the Haramaya University postgraduate research office committee to conduct this study. Thus, this study was carried out in accordance with the university research ethics standards and guidelines.

: Each respondent’s participation in this study was based on informed consent. The informed consent form was read to the respondents in the local language before the beginning of the data collection. Respondents were well-informed about the purpose of the study, confidentiality of the information, voluntary participation, and their right to withdraw from the interview at any point in time during the interview.
