: The author sought and got ethical approval from the Research Ethical Board of his institution (Bowen University, Iwo, Nigeria). The study complied with ethical standards. There was no number attached to the approval. The researcher sought and got the informed consent of the participants to participate in the study as the author duly informed them of the purpose and informed them that participation was voluntary using the Statement, “I am conducting a study on the drivers of the sustainable agri-food system. Your responses will be anonymous and used to analyse the research problem. Participation is voluntary” Out of the 233 sampled participants, 216 accepted and voluntarily participated in the study after the researcher assured them of anonymity and that their responses were solely for academic purposes. The remaining 17 declined.
