: Every participant on the sensory panel has given written consent to participate in the research study. Before the study commenced, participants were notified of the purpose and methods of the research and assured of the strict confidentiality of their data. Participation in the study was voluntary, and subjects had the autonomy to withdraw their engagement at any time. The individuals demonstrated exceptional physical health and had no recorded allergies to the components. The research lacks institutional approval due to Egypt's rules regarding human research. The research protocol is in accordance with the ethical standards of our institution, Al-Azhar University, Faculty of Agriculture, and National Research Center, Egypt, and approval is not needed according to Egypt's rules regarding sensory evaluation.
