: No human or animal study was involved in this work however, for the sensory evaluation, the participants (all above 16 years of age) gave their informed consent to participate in the analysis. Proper protocols approved by the ethical committee of Shivaji University were followed during the sensory evaluation. The committee confirmed the non-toxic nature of the sample before sensory analysis. Further, the research was carried out following the guidelines provided by the departmental ethics committee constituted by the Department of Food Technology, Shivaji University, Kolhapur.
