It is stated in this consent form that "water kefir is a natural beverage that contains probiotic bacteria. It is generally acidic and the duration of the sample assessment may be minimised by the subject. No harmful reactions were expected during its consumption. The personal information of the subject would not be shared after the conclusion of the research. It was also stated that participants are free to participate or leave this evaluation at any stage of the sensory panel’’.
