: This study adhered to the ethical guidelines established by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Addis Ababa University. Formal approval was obtained from the IRB before commencing the research. All procedures involving human participants were conducted in strict compliance with the ethical principles outlined by the IRB. The study protocol underwent a comprehensive review and received approval from the university’s Ethics Committee. Informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to their involvement in the study. Participants, specifically mothers, were provided with detailed information about the research, including its objectives, methods, potential risks, and benefits. They were informed of their voluntary participation and assured of their right to withdraw from the study at any time without any consequences. Signed consent forms were collected from all participants, confirming their full understanding of and agreement to take part in the research.
