: Ethical clearance to conduct this study was obtained from Gulu University Research Ethic Committee (GUREC-092-20). The research was performed in accordance with the ethical standards laid down in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki, as well as following guidelines provided by Gulu University Research Ethical Committee. Participation in this study was on voluntary basis. Prior to the study, inform consent was obtained from all participants. The inform consent form, approved by GUREC was first read and interpreted to the participants before seeking their consent. The informed consent document was prepared in both English and the local Ateso language. Participants were assured of confidentiality of the information they provided, codes were used for personal information such as names and location to ensure anonymity.
