: The study is a non-sensitive survey into consumer preference for fish attributes in Ghana, and as such, no personal, sensitive, or identifiable information was collected. The study was conducted by the ethical guidelines set by the Institute of Development and Technology Management (IDTM) Research Ethics Committee. The IDTM Research Ethics Committee has confirmed that no ethical approval is required since the study did not involve sensitive or high-risk content. Participation in the study was strictly voluntary, and the nature of the study was made known to all the respondents before consent to participate was sought. All data used in this research are anonymous to maintain participant confidentiality, and no harm or discomfort was caused to participants. Also, participants could withdraw from responding to the questions whenever they felt uncomfortable, ensuring no harm or discomfort was caused throughout the study. My name is ……………………. : Informed consent was obtained from all individual participants involved in the study. For participants under 18 years of age, which was barely the case, written informed consent was obtained from all parents/legal guardians, with assent from the participant.
