: Ethical approval for the usage of experimental rats was granted by the Institutional Animal Ethical Committee of the United Institute of Pharmacy, Prayagraj with protocol number UIP/IAEC/2024/11. The care for the rats was in accordance with the CCSEA, Government of India guidelines for using and handling experimental animals. The collection of plant material was done as per national and local guidelines.
