: The study has got an approval by the Research Ethics Committee of the College of Business and Economics and authorized by the Research and Community Services Office at Mekelle University, Tigray, Ethiopia on August 20/2020 with a reference number CBE/4019/T-38. All experiments on humans and human data were performed in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.

: An informed consent was translated into the local language and read to every participating individual. Only the voluntarily participating households have consented to the survey and have been informed that the confidentiality of their personal information will be protected. Informed consent was obtained from the parents or legally authorized representatives of subjects who are under 16. All Experiments on humans and human data were performed in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.

: Research participants gave their consent that the findings of the study will be used for academic purpose and could be presented in conferences and may be published.
