The protocol was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Pretoria. The ethical clearance included the approval of the used research methodological approach, including the questionnaires, observations, price tracking, and the processes of obtaining informed consent from the research participants. Informed consent was granted by all the participants that participated in this research. Participants provided written informed consent for the use of their spoken words and photographs of their work environments, captured during fieldwork, strictly for academic publication purposes.
