: The sensory study was conducted in accordance with the standard ethical guidelines. The protocol followed was approved by the Departmental Research Committee (DRC), Department of Food Engineering and Technology, Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology. The committee confirmed the non-toxic nature of the sample before sensory analysis. Informed consent was obtained from participants regarding their involvement in the study.
