: Citrus trees ( C. sinensis Navel, C. sinensis Valencia and C. aurantium ) were grown, and their samples were taken in accordance with all relevant institutional, governmental, and global regulations. Citrus trees were cultivated under organic farming conditions that rely on natural, health-safe products. All plant samples were utilized for analytical investigations. The methods used to collect different Citrus tree samples (leaves, young shoots, flowers, and peels) adhered to all relevant institutional, national, and international regulations and laws. No materials are held in institutional or museum collections; only the minimum numbers of specimens necessary to conduct the research were used; whenever possible, non-lethal sampling methods were used instead of lethal collection. In cases where lethal collection was unavoidable, preference was given to post-reproductive individuals or life stages with the lowest reproductive value to help preserve the species’ survival. All collected samples were preserved in permanent storage facilities to ensure their availability to other researchers, thereby minimizing the need for further collections. Copies of research findings and publications were promptly submitted to the relevant permit-issuing authorities.
