: The data collection methods were designed to minimise any potential harm or discomfort to the food value chain actors. The requirement for ethical approval for this study was exempted by the Research Ethics Committee: Social Behavioural and Education Research (REC: SBE) at Stellenbosch University because it does not involve clinical trials on humans or animals. Hence, the study was conducted following the guidelines of the (REC: SBE) at Stellenbosch University. Informed consent was obtained from all the participants in this study.
