: The organoleptic analysis was conducted using a panel of 30 consumer participants. Two organoleptic analyses were conducted simultaneously by the panellists: a hedonic test analysis and a descriptive analysis. The studies involving human participants were reviewed and approved by the Research Ethics Approval Commission. Soegijapranata Catholic University has determined that the study above complies with the ethical standards in the discipline, as evidenced by ethical clearance No. 0033/B.7.2/UN.KKEP/7/2025. The participants provided their written informed consent to participate in this study. The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards outlined in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its subsequent amendments.
