: All the animal experiments were carried out following OECD guidelines after approved by Institutional Animal Ethics Committee (Reference No CU/AEC/0513/202/2023). The protocol and approval for participation of human research participants for sensory evaluation test was taken from the Institutional Human Ethics Committee of Cotton University (Reference No CU/HEC/055/105/2023) following a combination of Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) ethical guidelines, Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) standards.
