: The study followed the Chinhoyi University of Technology Research Ethics Policy. It approved by Departmental Board, Food Science and Technology, Chinhoyi University of Technology and all ethical issues were cleared. The collection and use of plant material in this study was in accordance with regulations in the Research Ethics and was approved by Research Ethics board. The use of volunteer sensory panelists sensory evaluation was approved by the same ethics board. An informed consent was obtained from each panelist prior to participation in the study.
