: This study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki ethical principles. All the panelist above 16 years old were informed about the product and the objective of the study, also given their consent to participate. The study was exempted from needing ethical approval by the Research and Ethical Committee of Department of Agricultural Engineering, VNMKV, Parbhani, India, because the study is considered a routine product sensory evaluation activity with minimal risk and all ingredients are commonly used in food. For the sensory evaluation of the product, participants (above 16 years of age) gave informed consent to participate in the analysis. Proper protocols were followed during the sensory evaluation, and the non-toxic nature of the traditional food product was confirmed by the advisory committee of the institute, which is the competent authority for research ethics. The work was conducted after the committee’s approval. All experiments were performed in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
