Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study was reviewed and approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Jigjiga University. The research was conducted in accordance with the National Research Ethics Review Guidelines of Ethiopia. As the study involved a questionnaire-based survey with no direct human or animal experimentation, it was considered a minimal-risk study. All procedures were carried out in compliance with relevant ethical standards for social and survey-based research. Informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to data collection. Participants were informed about the purpose of the study, and their participation was entirely voluntary. Confidentiality and anonymity of respondents were strictly maintained.
