: IRB approval was obtained for the 2018 New York City Community Health Survey (NYC-CHS) by the New York City Department of Health & Mental Hygiene. For the current study, no IRB approval was required due to secondary analysis of existing data.
: New York City Department of Health & Mental Hygiene had waiver of informed consent since none of surveys are conducted in person. The consent was obtained at the beginning of each survey, but participants don’t have to sign anything or return any physical documents. The current study did not require any informed consent due to secondary analysis of existing data.
