: The Afghanistan Center for Epidemiological Studies Ethics Committee granted ethical clearance for the implementation of this study (reference number #23.1.039). Subsequent to initial engagement with participants, a comprehensive overview of the study was provided. Consent, whether written or verbal, was procured from all participants involved in the study. For participants under the age of 18, consent was also obtained from their parents. Participants were duly informed of their right to withdraw from the study at any time.
