: The study was approved by the Institutional Review Board of Tokyo Medical and Dental University (Institute of Science Tokyo) in Tokyo, Japan (Approval number M2023-002). This study upheld the latest version of the Declaration of Helsinki and the “Ethical Guidelines for Life Science and Medical Research Involving Human Subjects” (March 23, 2021). The purpose and goal of the study were explained at the initial stage of the form; it also noted that the study was optional and that participants might stop answering the survey at any time. Participants provided their informed written consent before completing the anonymous survey, and no identifiable patient data were recorded.
