: Ethical clearance was obtained from the Ethics Review Committee of the Faculty of Medicine and Allied Science, Rajarata University of Sri Lanka (ERC/2022/60). Prior permission for the data collection was obtained from the director of the Anuradhapura zonal education office and the principals of the selected schools. Informed written consent was obtained from all participants. All necessary measures were taken to preserve the participant’s privacy and confidentiality.
