: Ethical approval was obtained from the institutional review board of North South University (2024/OR-NSU/IRB/0307). Before conducting interviews with each subject, all participants were thoroughly briefed about the study’s purpose and method. Informed consent was obtained from the parent/guardian of all children. Signed informed consent was obtained from the literate mothers and caregivers. Given that a few individuals lacked literacy skills, we received their verbal agreement [].
