: Ethical approval was obtained from the Health Research Ethics Committee of the University of Nigeria Nsukka, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Enugu State, Nigeria, with reference number FPSRE/UNN/21/00010. The study was conducted in line with the guidelines and regulations of the Health Research Ethics Committee of the University of Nigeria Nsukka, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences. Oral informed consents were obtained from all participants. They were made to understand that participation was voluntary and there was no consequence for non-participation and the data obtained were for research purposes.
