: This research received ethical approval from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of the University of Gondar, Ethiopia (Ref: IRB/1405/2024). Written informed consent was obtained from all participants after the objectives and nature of the study were thoroughly explained to them. No participant names were collected; however, addresses and other relevant information were obtained with explicit permission to facilitate follow-up, with confidentiality maintained throughout the study.
