: All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. Ethical clearance was obtained from the Institutional Health Research Ethics Review Committee of the College of Health Sciences, GAMBY Medical and Business College (Ref No: IHRERC/043/2022). The ethical clearance approval letters were submitted to the Hospital administrators of Saint Paul’s Hospital Millennium Medical College (SPHMMC) and Amanuel Mental Specialized Hospital (AMSH). The participants were informed about the purpose of the study and written consent was obtained from each participant. They were also provided with the right to refuse to respond or withdraw from participating at any time if they were not willing or uncomfortable with responding. Access to the collected information was limited to the principal investigator, and confidentiality was maintained throughout the study.
