: The study protocol was reviewed by the Institutional Review Board of the Azerbaijan Sports Academy Ethics Committee, which issued a formal waiver of full ethical review (Protocol No. 13, 03 November 2024). The committee determined that full ethical approval was not required because the study involved anonymous survey procedures, collected no personal identifiers, and posed minimal risk to participants. All research procedures were conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki (2013) and institutional ethical guidelines. Electronic informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to data collection. Before accessing the online questionnaire, participants read an introductory statement describing the study aims, procedures, confidentiality safeguards, and their right to withdraw at any time without penalty. Consent was confirmed by selecting a mandatory checkbox before proceeding to the survey.
