: This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Ardakan University (Approval Code: IR.ARDAKAN.REC.1404.002) and will be conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Prior to participation, all research objectives will be clearly explained to participants. Written informed consent will be obtained whenever possible. In cases where participants are unable to provide a signed form due to logistical or psychological constraints, verbal consent will be obtained in accordance with ethical guidelines. All participants will be guaranteed full privacy and confidentiality, with data protected to prevent unauthorized access. Following the final assessment, post-intervention therapy sessions will be provided to the control group.
