: Ethical review and approval were exempt vide Letter No IRC/06/2024 from The Secretary, Institute Research Committee, Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Symbiosis International (Deemed University), Pune, India dated 25 June 2024. The study was conducted in accordance with the Helsinki declaration was revised in 2013, and the authors followed the following steps: Informed consent from participants. The purpose of the survey is clearly explained. The participants were fully informed about the purpose of the survey. They clearly understand how their data would be used and the extent of their involvement. This allowed the participants agreed and voluntarily participated and provided honest feedback. Written and oral informed consent was obtained from participants for a voluntary online survey. The study’s background, purpose, and potential risks were clearly explained, assuring respondents of the confidentiality and anonymity of their data. Participants could withdraw at any time and did not receive compensation for their involvement.
