: This study was derived from a thesis conducted in the Postgraduate Program of Nursing Education in Community Health at Razi Nursing and Midwifery Faculty, Kerman University of Medical Sciences. The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Research Ethics Committee of Kerman University of Medical Sciences (Ethics Code: IR.KMU.REC.130.1394). All procedures were performed in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations, including the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki.
