: Authorization was requested from the National Sports Secretariat to conduct the study with high-performance athletes, after obtaining approval from the Research Ethics Committee involving Human Participants of the Catholic University of Uruguay (file number: 211020). All procedures were carried out in accordance with the ethical guidelines of the committee and the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki.

: Informed consent was obtained from all adult participants. For participants under 16 years old, informed consent was obtained from their parents or legal guardians, following the procedures approved by the Ethics Committee. Participation was voluntary, and participants could withdraw at any time without consequences.

: All participants (or their parents/legal guardians in the case of minors) provided informed consent for the publication of anonymized, aggregated data obtained in this study.
