: The study was commenced after approval from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Wah Medical College (IRB Approval No. WMC/ERC/IRB/062). Participation in the study was voluntary, and no one was forced to take part in data collection. Ethical standards set by the Helsinki Declaration [ ] and the Institutional Review Board of Wah Medical College were taken into consideration throughout the entire process. All participants were aged 18 years or older. Digital informed consent was obtained from each participant prior to their inclusion in the study. Participation was voluntary, and participants could withdraw at any time without consequence.
