: Before starting the study, we received ethical approval from the Institutional Review Board (IRB), Government College University, Faisalabad (i.e. Ref.No.GCUF/ERC/104, dated 7/06/2022). Then the protocol was approved by the Thai Clinical Trial Registry with the protocol (i.e. TCTR: TCTR20220924002, with URL: , dated 23/09/2022 and first enrollment dated 1/10/2022, respectively. All the study procedures were accomplished under relevant guidelines, including participant enrollment, screening, data collection, data security, and analysis. In this study, we followed the Consolidated Standards of Reporting Trials CONSORT reporting guidelines. Furthermore, we confirm that all of the procedures and methods of this study were executed by adhering to the requirements of our institutional review board and the global code of conduct for research in resource-poor settings. The Institutional Review Board (IRB) followed all methods and procedures. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants, and then they were enrolled in the study.
