: Ethical clearance was obtained from the Institutional Review Board of Jimma University, Institute of Health, with a registration reference number of JUIH/IRB/567/23. A formal letter of support from the Department of Psychiatry was submitted to the Jimma City Health Bureau to obtain their cooperation. A written informed consent was obtained from study participants. Confidentiality was assured, and participants who were positive for the RUDAS score were advised to visit Jimma Medical Center for further evaluation and management. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants after providing clear information about the purpose, procedures, risks, and benefits of the study. Participation was voluntary and participants had the right to withdraw at any time without any consequences.
