: This study was reviewed and approved by the Institutional Ethics and Research Committee of Hospital Universitario San Ignacio, Bogotá, Colombia (Approval Code: FM-CIE-0383-22). All procedures were conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and the Colombian Ministry of Health Resolution No. 8430 of 1993. The study protocol complied with the institutional research ethics guidelines of Hospital Universitario San Ignacio. Written informed consent was obtained from all participating teachers prior to data collection. Participation was voluntary, and participants were informed of the study objectives, procedures, their right to withdraw at any time, and confidentiality measures. The study involved no clinical interventions and relied exclusively on anonymized survey data. Data handling complied with the Colombian Personal Data Protection Law 1581 of 2012.
