Ethics approval and consent to participate: The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki [ ] and applicable national regulations and institutional guidelines. The Swedish Ethical Review Authority issued an advisory opinion that the study fell outside the scope of the Swedish Ethical Review Act (SFS 2003:460), as it was based on fully anonymised data and did not involve the processing of personal data (reference number 2025-00945-01). In the Swedish system, an advisory opinion may be issued for research that falls outside the scope of the Act and therefore does not require formal ethical approval. Therefore, formal ethical approval was waived. Participation was voluntary, and completion of the anonymous survey was considered to constitute informed consent.
