: The ethical review committee (rapid response team) of the Aneded Woreda Health Office accepted the study, which was carried out in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki’s principles. Written and verbal informed consent was obtained from each study participant. Informed written consent was obtained from parents or guardians on behalf of less than 16-year-old participants. The study participants had the right to refuse the study or withdraw at any time during the interview, which was respected. The information obtained from the study participant maintained its confidentiality by not writing the name of the study participants on the questionnaire paper. All cases were managed before being interviewed.
