: The DeWorm3 Project was reviewed and approved by the Institutional Review Board at Christian Medical College, Vellore, India, The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and the Human Subjects Division at the University of Washington. The trial is registered at ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT03014167). The functional difficulty assessment was approved as a protocol amendment by the Institutional Review Board at Christian Medical College, Vellore, India and The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Written informed consent was sought from the household head for households’ participation in the census and functional impairment assessment.
