: The study was approved by the ethical committee of the University of Khartoum- Faculty of Medicine, department of Community Medicine. Furthermore, administrative approval was obtained from the South Kordofan state Ministry of Health. Informed verbal consent was obtained from all of the respondents due to high illiteracy figures in the targeted area.
