: The study was initially approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of King Abdullah International Medical Research Center (KAIMRC), (IRB approval No. NRC21/34/08). Then, further approvals have also been obtained from other recruiting centers. This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki. The requirement for informed consent was waived by the IRB of KAIMRC owing to the retrospective nature of the study and the use of anonymized data.
