: The study team obtained ethical approval from the Institutional Review Committee of IOM, Tribhuvan University (Ref no. 360-6-11, 2077/2078). Study objectives were explained in the Google forms, and e-informed consent was taken from all the participants before the data collection. Study participants participated voluntarily, and students were free to opt out anytime. All procedures performed in the study involving human participants were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards.
