: Tripura University approved the present study for a PhD degree in psychology (No.F/TU/COE/Ph.D/10/PSY/16/21). The study was conducted as per the Tripura University PhD regulation, 2016. Every respondent provided consent before the start of the data collection.
: Each participant provided a written willingness and informed consent to participate in the study, and it was based on a self-report inventory of one’s personal opinion on different aspects of personality, including compassion. The participants were all above 18 years old.
