: The study was approved by the Institutional Review Board of Hanoi Medical University and Bach Mai Hospital (approval number 1793/QĐ-DHYHN) and conducted according to the ethical standards of the Declaration of Helsinki []. The consent form including information about the type of research and objectives of the study, was written by patients and their parents. The participants could withdraw from the interview at any time, and this did not affect their continuation of health care services.
