: This study received approval from the Ethics Committee of the Research Centre at the University of Technology Bahrain (UTB2024CAFSEC015) on September 25, 2024. The study was conducted in compliance with the ethical principles outlined in the IRB-HSBS informed consent guidelines of the University of Technology Bahrain.
: This study included a written informed consent form for all participants at the start of the questionnaire (Online Appendix). Participants were employees from private commercial banks in Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata, and Mumbai. An information sheet detailing the research purpose and methods was provided beforehand, ensuring voluntary participation and informed consent. Moreover, all participants were above the age of 16; therefore, informed consent was obtained directly from them.
