: This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of the Australian Catholic University Human Research Ethics Committee, the National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research (Australia), and the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. Ethics approval was granted by the ACU Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC), study registration number 2019-33H. All participants provided both written and verbal informed consent after being fully informed of the study’s purpose, potential risks, and voluntary nature. A tick-box consent process was used to confirm informed consent. Informed consent for publication was also obtained from all participants. In cases involving participants under the age of 18, informed consent was obtained from a parent or legally authorised representative.
