: Informed consent to participate was obtained electronically when the patients completed the questionnaire for the first time. Here they were also asked for consent for the follow-up questionnaire. Participants were informed in writing about the purpose and the content of the study and that they could withdraw at any time without any consequences for their treatment. All methods were carried out in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki []. According to Danish law, approval from the ethics committee was not required. Permission for storage of data was obtained from the Danish Data Protection Agency. The study was registered with ref. P-2022-565.
