Following this approval, support letters from Dilla University were submitted to the relevant authorities at the study locations. The study was conducted in compliance with the Declaration of Helsinki and appropriate national guidelines. Before data collection commenced, all participants provided informed consent to participate. They received detailed information about the research objectives, procedures, and any potential risks or benefits. Participants were assured of their right to withdraw from the study at any time without negative consequences. All questionnaires’ responses remained anonymous, as no personal identifiers such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses were collected. This ensured the privacy and confidentiality of participants. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants, and for those under the age of 16, consent was obtained from their parents or legally authorized representatives to prioritize their rights and welfare.
