: The Human Ethics Committee at the University of Waikato granted ethical approval for conducting the research in which this study is based on 7 October 2022 (Reference No. (Health)2022#39). The Study was conducted in accordance with the National Ethical Standards for Health and Disability Research and Quality Improvement (New Zealand) and with the ethical standards approving committee. Informed consent was obtained electronically from all individual participants prior to survey commencement. Participation was voluntary and all features that could identify participants were disabled in Qualtrics prior to survey distribution via enabling the ‘Anonymous responses’ setting to assure no IP addresses, geolocation data, or other identifying metadata were collected or stored.
: Informed consent for data publication of anonymised, aggregated data was obtained electronically from all participants prior to survey commencement.
